The Challenge

One Concept. 25 Stores.
10 Countries.

Rolling out a new retail concept across one store is one thing. Delivering it simultaneously across 25 adidas branded spaces in Intersport stores, spanning 16 cities and 10 European countries, brings an entirely different level of complexity.

The programme covered five product categories and involved hundreds of new apparel and footwear bays, all needing to deliver the same adidas experience regardless of location. With just 10 days allocated for installation and handover, careful planning, coordination and consistency were essential.

For Rizlly, the challenge was to take the project from development and engineering through production, logistics and installation at scale. Every store needed to meet the same quality standard, while multiple teams, locations and countries had to move to one tightly coordinated programme.

OUR SCOPE

One Coordinated Rollout.
25 Locations.

Rizlly managed the development, engineering, production and installation of the adidas branded space makeover across all 25 Intersport locations.

Our scope covered five product categories, including the delivery of 324 apparel bays and 134 footwear bays, together with the wider elements required to update each adidas environment.

From technical development and production through to logistics, installation and final handover, the programme was managed as one coordinated European rollout.

EXECUTION

Precision Planned. Seamlessly Delivered.

The scale of the rollout meant that much of the work happened long before the installation teams arrived on site.

Rizlly developed and engineered the retail elements for repeatable production, ensuring that the concept could be implemented consistently across stores with different layouts and site conditions. Materials were selected with sustainability in mind, while production had to maintain the quality and finish expected across the complete programme.

In total, the rollout included 458 apparel and footwear bays, distributed across 25 locations in 16 cities. Each element needed to be produced, organised and coordinated for the correct destination before installation could begin.

Once on site, multiple teams worked to a tightly controlled schedule across 10 countries. Existing adidas spaces were updated across five categories, new fixtures and displays were installed, and each location was completed and handed over within the programme.

From the first installation to the final handover, the entire European rollout was completed in just 10 days.

OUTCOME

One Experience.
Delivered Across 10 Countries.

Twenty-five adidas branded spaces, across 10 countries, completed within one coordinated 10-day installation programme.

The result was a consistent update to adidas’ presence within Intersport, giving apparel and footwear stronger presentation across five product categories while maintaining a common standard across every location.

For Rizlly, the project demonstrates what large-scale rollout really requires: not simply producing the same fixture multiple times, but combining development, engineering, production, logistics and installation into a programme capable of moving quickly across borders without losing consistency or attention to detail.
